Delicious and easy!! I did brown whole 5 whole cloves of garlic to braise and mashed it into the sauce when it was cooked and just used normal salt instead of garlic salt. Plus chopped up tarragon to sprinkle on rather than parsley.

Ingredients for 6 servings

2 tablespoons canola oil

Six 6-ounce boneless center-cut pork chops, trimmed of any fat

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar

2 tablespoons light-brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire or soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
