1 lb. Digby scallops

1/8 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

1/8 tsp. white pepper

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp. olive oil



Pat scallops dry. Mix pepper and salt. Season scallops. Heat oil in large fry pan on med-high. Cook scallops till browned on both sides. About 2 min. per side. Do not crowd scallops in pan or they won't brown up.
