2 large eggs

3/4 cup nonfat milk

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground (mild) California chili or paprika

About 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies

1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat (made with 2% milk) cheddar cheese

1 firm-ripe avocado (1/2 lb.)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Green tomatillo sauce
