2 big bars of hersheys semisweet chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Chop the chocolate bars into little pieces
Mix together butter and brown sugar until the mix becomes creamy and soft. Add cinnamon and vanilla, mix well and set aside.
Add the eggs and mix thoroughly
Add the flour slowly into the mix until it becomes uniform, make sure there are no flour remains on the bottom or sides of the bowl.
Add the chocolate chunks and blend them carefully into the mix.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls into a cookie pan covered with a baking sheet. Make sure the dough pieces are at least an inch and a half away from each other. Bake for about ten minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
