Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2- 29 oz cans sweet potatoes

1 C sugar

2 eggs

1 stick butter

1 C evaporated milk

1 t vanilla

Crust

1 C brown sugar

1/2 C flour

1 1/2 C chopped pecans

Preparation

1.

Mix all ingredients for casserole in mixer and pour in 9x13 pan.

2.

Combine ingredients for crust and crumble on top of casserole.

3.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour (I think). Check with a knife, should come out clean.
