3/4 cup almond meal flour or Buckwheat

1 tbsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp xanthan gum

2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup Light brown sugar

1/4 cup Molasses or Raw organic agave

2 tsp Bourbon vanilla extract

1/4 cup orange juice
