  • 1 can Chickpeas or garbanzo beans (16 Oz)
  • 1 x Juice of one large fresh lime
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or Sunbutter, to taste
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
  • Pinch of cumin, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt, to taste
