1 (15-ounce) can black soybeans, rinsed and drained

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
