2 cups rolled oats (not instant or steel cut)

1/2 cup creme fraiche or Greek-style yogurt

3 tablespoons wheat germ (optional)

2 tablesppons chia seeds (optional)

Zest of 1/2 a lemon

Cinnamon, to taste

Maple syrup, to taste

Chopped roasted almonds (or favorite nuts), for garnish (optional)
