14 Ingredients

  • 2 onions , chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef , or a combination of the two
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 lb any cooked leftover meats , (beef, pork ham, chicken or sausage)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 dash hot sauce , to taste
  • 2 cooked medium shrimp , without tails
  • 2 lb mixed veggies , (use your favourite)
  • 8 oz canned, sliced mushrooms
  • 6 cups cooked rice , white, brown or a mixture
