2 onions , chopped

1 lb ground beef , or a combination of the two

1/2 cup butter

1 lb any cooked leftover meats , (beef, pork ham, chicken or sausage)

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp seasoning salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 dash hot sauce , to taste

2 cooked medium shrimp , without tails

2 lb mixed veggies , (use your favourite)

8 oz canned, sliced mushrooms

6 cups cooked rice , white, brown or a mixture
