2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1 Cup Water

2 Tbs Olive Oil

1 tsp Mustard

1 Tbs Tamari or Soy Sauce

2 Cups of Chopped Seitan (roughly half the log)

10-15 Cremini mushrooms, roughly chopped (about 2 cups)

1 Tbs Oil

1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1-3 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced

2 Hot Green Chilies, deseeded and minced

1 Tbs Soy Sauce

1 Tbs Rice Vinegar

2 Tbs Water mixed with 1 Tbs cornstarch
