2 cups fresh or frozen okra, sliced into 1/2 inch chunks

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon file powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce, or cayenne pepper sauce

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
