  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 4 Tbsps cooking oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • Fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 lb medium shrimp, shelled
  • 1/2 lb sea scallops
  • 1 lb center-cut salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
