1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 stalk celery , minced (about 1/4 cup)

2 (6 ounce) cans solid white tuna packed in water

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves , minced

2 tablespoons dill pickles or sweet gherkins, minced

1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 clove garlic , minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1/8 tsp.)

2 tablespoons red onions , minced
