4 anchovies , finely chopped

2 shallots , finely sliced

2 cloves garlic , minced

1 tbsp capers , drained

Pinch each salt and pepper

2 cups halved cherry tomatoes

2 cups cubed (1 inch/2.5 cm) seeded English cucumbers

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

4 eggs , poached
