Ingredients

BASIC TART CRUST:

1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup vegetable shortening

2 tablespoons ice water (more as necessary)

PIE:

1 recipe basic tart crust (as shown above)

1 cup milk

1 package (4-serving size) french vanilla instant pudding and pie filling

8 ounces sour cream

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

3 ripe medium peaches, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons apple jelly, melted
