1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons corn oil or other neutral oil

3 cups sugar

Ground Meat Sauce (see recipe)

Yogurt Sauce:

2 cups plain yogurt (do not use nonfat)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon dried mint

1/2 teaspoon or more salt
