Ingredients for 6 servings

1 bunch kale (curly works best)

1 T olive oil (coconut oil to sub)

1 t seasoned salt

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 350

2.

Line non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper

3.

With knife or kitchen shears carefully remove leaves from thick stems; tear into bite size pieces

4.

Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner

5.

Drizzle olive oil and salt on kale and spread evenly onto cookie sheet

6.

Bake 10-15 minutes until edges are browned but NOT burnt
