Ingredients for 1 serving

1/4 cup buckwheat flour (ground from raw buckwheat groats)

1 tbsp buckwheat groats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 mashed banana

1/4 cup 1% milk

1/4 cup frozen mixed fruit (was worried the strawberries would be too big/liquidy but they were the best part!!)

1 tsp vanilla

1 whole egg

1 tbsp coconut butter flakes (not quite as good as Ashley’s stuffed cream and a bit undetectable)
