chicken breast (or pork meat), cut into cubes
1-2 tbsp honey
rosemary, thyme, oregano (if desired)
Juice the orange, lemon, and calamansi and place in one bowl. Mix.
Place the chicken or pork cubes into the bowl and mix.
Add the honey and mix. Let it sit for a while.
Heat the pan and place a little bit of water in it (just so you know when it's heated enough already). Place dashes of the herbs if desired. Or if you cooked the No-Oil Herb Chicken before cooking this dish, use the same pan and whatever's left!
Place the meat into the pan using a tong (whichmeans you leave out most of the marinade in the bowl).
Let it simmer until the meat is cooked.
