6 oz. chorizo

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 Tbs. olive oil

1 lb. red potatoes (4 to 5 medium), scrubbed and cut into 3/4-inch cubes

1/2 cup dry white wine
