Pretty tasty but the butterscotch chips completely disappeared, leaving craters in the cookies. Will frost with penuche frosting to hide the blemishes. Stuck a half walnut in some of them before baking - a nice addition.

2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 x eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup canola or corn oil

1 cup canned pumpkin

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup butterscotch chips
