1 cup unbleached white flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup +a few pinches vegan dry sugar

2 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic salt

3 Tbsp vegan buttery spread

2 Tbsp canola oil

1 lemon, juiced

1 cup shelled walnuts, crushed

1/4 cup poppyseeds, plus sprinkle jar

3 Tbsp agave syrup

2 Tbsp vital wheat gluten

1 pear, sliced thin

canola oil spray

4-5 toothpicks, to secure filled and folded dough
