makes about 1 cup of chili oil

1/4 cup vegetable oil

100 grams ramp whites minced

1/2 cup sesame oil

20 grams dried sea scallop minced (I used a spice grinder)

1 teaspoon seeded and chopped togarashi (japanese chili pepper)

2 teaspoons gochugaru (korean chili powder)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon sugar
