Kosher salt, to taste

4 to 6 ounces bacon

6 ounces Brussels sprouts

1/4 cup finely diced sweet red onion, or to taste

1 generous cup green bean pieces (about 3/8 -inch), cooked

1 large lemon, zested and juiced

1/4 cup Roasted Turkey Stock (see recipe), to taste

2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, or to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
