1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
12 graham crackers
1.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup toasted pecans, walnuts or other nuts (chopped)
Preheat oven to 375
Melt butter, brown sugar, & salt in saucepan. Cook until smooth (~ 5 minutes).
Line baking sheet. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer. Pour butter mixture over crackers & bake for 8-10 minutes.
Scatter chocolate chips over the top & return to oven for 2-3 minutes until softens. Spread melted chocolate evenly over crackers. Sprinkle nuts over chocolate.
Cool for 30 minutes and then put in freezer for 15 minutes.
