Leftover Roasted Chicken
1 to 2 TBS Low fat Cream cheese or Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper
Nasoya Wonton Wrappers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shred leftover chicken in a bowl
Mix with either cheese or sour cream. (I used sour cream)
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put small amount in wonton wrappers & fold using water to seal the edges. (See product packet for folding instructions)
Spray flat, baking pan with nonstick spray then stick wontons on pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Will be crispy and hot.
Dip in salsa.
