13 Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped onions
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped green bell peppers.
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups of carrots, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of cooked peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2-3 lbs beef stew meat, cut into one inch cubes
  • 2 500 g cartons of crushed pureed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsps of paprika
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
