2 whole bananas

2 tbsp cinnamon

1 cup of cooked rolled oats

We mentioned in a post prior to this one how to make your own home made rolled oats. So we basically make a shit load and have them for a week or so for breakfasts. If you have a grill pan or even a george forman, throw two bananas on there (still pealed) for about 2 minutes. Then pop em off, slice them up and throw them on your oats. We added some cinnamon but feel free to keep going and add other things. (Agave, stevia, almond milk, dried fruits, etc) We kept it pretty simple. Try it out.
