1 1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla

1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

1 teaspoon fleur de sel or sea salt

1 tablespoon instant coffee powder

3 ounces dark chocolate, cut into large chunks (optional)
