1 soup can milk

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1 poblano chile, roasted, peeled, seeded and sliced

Salt and cracked black pepper

1 1/2 pounds potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices (about 4 cups)

1 small onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)

1 tablespoon butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
