3/4 cup cup walnuts

8 ounces (2 cups) fresh or thawed frozen cranberries

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons walnut or vegetable oil

1 tablespoon raspberry or rice vinegar

3 green onions, rinsed and chopped (including green tops)

1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped (optional)
