Ingredients for 1 serving

1 scoop Isopure creamy vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1.5 cup water

Preparation

1.

Put all ingredients in a jar and screw the lid on tight.

2.

Shake until the powders and chia seeds are mixed together. This will help the cocoa powder and chia seeds keep from forming clumps.

3.

Add water, leaving room in the container.

4.

Shake until combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to drink, allowing chia seeds to absorb and form a gel that will thicken smoothies.
