1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

3 tablespoons olive oil

-- Juice of 1/2 lemon + more to taste

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon minced chives

2 teaspoons minced dill

1 tablespoon minced basil

-- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

The fish:

4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 5-6 ounces each

3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for oiling the grill
