2 tsp cumin seeds , toasted and ground

1 stalk lemongrass , peeled & chopped

1 tbs galangal or ginger, grated

1 tsp kaffir lime peel or regular lime peel, grated

1 tsp turmeric , ground

1 tsp salt

2 tbs oil

2 tbs palm sugar , grated

1 pound pork , cut into thin strips

1/4 cup peanut sauce

0.25 x wooden skewers , soaked in cold water for 30 minutes
