Olive oil for sauteeing

1 lb Broccoli

Medium red onion, thinly sliced

2 tsp fresh minced ginger

3 cloves garlic, minced

Big pinch red pepper flakes

2 cup Vegetable Broth mixed with 2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 tsp curry powder

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

182 cup Coconut Milk

4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
