2/3 cup Milk of choice OR water

1 tbs Cocoa powder

2-5 pkts sweetener of choice (or to taste)

Pinch Salt

1 tbs Peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

Optional Additions: 1/2 mashed banana, chopped nuts, 1tsp light hershey’s syrup, shredded coconut, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
