1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram

1/4 teaspoon black pepper, divided

4 (about 4 oz) chicken breast cutlets

4 slices rye bread, toasted

4 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

2 tablespoons light mayo

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 baby reduced-sodium dill pickle, minced

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional; more or less to taste)

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
