Have this packed in my lunch bag today. I nibbled on some of it last night (couldn't resist). I left the agave out in exchange for some extra dill and a bit of sea salt.

Ingredients for 4 servings

Soaked almonds, as above

2 tbsp Coconut milk, or pickle juice

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Cashew Cream or vegan mayo, as needed

1 pinch Sea salt and ground pepper (to taste)

1/2 cup Diced celery

Fresh minced herbs: dill, parsley

Dab of raw organic agave, to taste
