1 pound skinless chicken thighs

3 green onions

Soy sauce to taste

Kosher salt to taste

8 ounces extra-firm tofu

1/2 to 1 teaspoon fish sauce, or to taste

8 ounces fava leaves, trimmed (about 8 packed cups)

Toasted sesame oil, for garnish
