  • Romaine leaves and orange, lime or star fruit slices (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (1 to 2 oranges)
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (3 to 4 limes)
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 lb sea scallops, trimmed and sliced into 1/3 -inch-thick rounds
