1 cup Crunchy Maple Slaw (see recipe)
5-6 slices cooked duck breast
1-2 T chopped peanuts
1 T homemade or jarred peanut satay sauce
1 whole wheat or spinach wrap
1/4 cup Maple Cherry Cranberry Compote (see recipe)
Place first three ingredients in the center of your wrap. Roll and use some of the peanut spread to seal your wrap. Slice in half on the diagonal and enjoy!
