Wow, these are amazing. I'm suffering third degree burns trying to eat this before it cooled enough. You, know what, worth it. Used salsa verde instead of the enchilada sauce. For cheese I used half mild cheddar, half jalape? Monterrey jack. Creamy, slightly spicy, deliciousness. I used chicken tenders which I saut?d to keep the meat moist before shredding.

1/2 cup green enchilada sauce

2 Tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper

2 cloves minced garlic

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

4 green onions, sliced (greens and whites)

3 cups shredded cooked chicken

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or a mix of Mexican cheeses

1 large package flour tortillas
