mayonnaise , to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

red onion , Sliced, to taste

1 lb fresh mushrooms , sliced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup dried red lentils , uncooked, sorted and rinsed

1 medium onion , chopped

3/4 cup parmesan cheese , grated

1/4 cup brown rice , uncooked, can also use basmati rice

6 hamburger buns with sesame seeds, toasted, can also use toasted pita bread halves

lettuce , Shredded, garnish

1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
