1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika or ground dried chipotle powder or ground cumin

1 vine ripe tomato , seeded and chopped

1 cup sour cream (to pass at table-optional)

1 leek , trimmed of tough tops

1 tablespoon grill seasoning

1 cup chicken broth or chicken stock
