125.0g ball mozzarella , preferably buffalo, roughly chopped

1 egg

250.0g tub ricotta

3 plump garlic cloves , finely chopped

basil leaves and green salad leaves, to serve

100.0ml red wine

tsp ground nutmeg , plus a pinch

250.0g lean rump steaks , trimmed of fat, thinly sliced, then very finely chopped

handful flat-leaf parsley , chopped

400.0g can plum tomatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

50.0g parmesan , coarsely grated

1 onion , chopped

200.0g cherry tomatoes on the vine

2 tbsp tomato purée

handful basil leaves , torn

6 wide sheets (about 175g/6oz) no pre-cook lasagne

250.0g lean minced pork
