2 tbsp almond butter

1 small garlic clove, minced

juice of half a lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

small handful pine nuts, lightly toasted

1 tbsp very finely chopped parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

pinch sea salt

paprika (regular or smoked), for sprinkling
