1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp mustard powder

1 Tbsp agave syrup

2 Tbsp orange juice

1 cup sesame rice crackers

1 cup mini or full size green and purple heirloom tomatoes

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp dry white wine

pinch of pepper

2 cups shredded white cabbage

2 Tbsp Vegenaise

1/2 tsp cayenne powder

2 Tbsp agave syrup

1/2 medium orange, peeled and sliced

2 Tbsp cashews, roasted/salted

olive oil for brushing

handful of Italian flat parsley

3 white or wheat burger buns

3 thick circle slices red onion

3 tsp spicy Dijon mustard

3 tsp Vegenaise

3 slices vegan Monterey Jack cheese
