2 filets salmon
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1/8 cup melted butter
to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Line shallow baking pan with foil
Place salmon skin-side down on foil. Spread thin layer of mustard on each filet and season with salt and pepper.
Spread breadcrumbs evenly on filets. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
