Ingredients for 5 servings

1/2 cup raw cashews

8 pitted dates

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and chop up into fine pieces

2.

When you open the processer, it’ll be all crumbly. Get your hands a little bit damp and then squeeze the crumbly bits together into balls.
